is primarily a Resource Directory dedicated to UK Musicians
and Entertainers, and of course we act as a go between for
Entertainment Bookers and Artistes.
We offer this facility as a FREE
service for all our clients no booking fee's or hidden costs
what so ever. Our primary objective though has always been
and will remain the building and maintaining of the UK's
largest Musician and Entertainment resource directory. We
also offer a consultancy service
to Bands and Entertainment related industries wishing to
gain a solid promotion or advertising foothold through Internet
exposure without spending or wasting lots of time and money.
And we also build the ocassional website
if asked, but this is dependant on wether we have the time
or not.

| STAND
ALONE VS RESOURCE DIRECTORY ? |
Over
the last couple of years the Internet has grown to gigantic
proportions with over a million new sites a year in
the UK alone. It is now much harder to receive hits on a stand
alone site no matter how many Search Engines you register
with. However, by being listed on a
resource directory you improve your hit rate because
more traffic passes through searching the different categories.
So there is a better chance of people visiting your site,
and being a directory is why we receive
so many hits per week.
We are always striving to make allthingsmusic.co.uk bigger
and better, new categories are
being added all the time. So if you would like to see a particular
category added then please let us know. |

on their books the only thing we promise is honesty.

are only here to help get you some extra gigs.

| HOW
WE WORK |
|
We originally
started this site as a place for Musicians & Entertainers
to promote themselves FREE
of charge and also as a directory for Entertainment bookers
and the public to find acts for any functions they may have
coming up in the near future. We were taken by storm with
the general response and we have been very busy, but there
was a draw back, it was starting to cost us time
and money, in phone calls, and Internet charges etc.
So after realizing we we're really
doing the same job as an Agency we thought why not take
it one step further and start a new concept become an Agency
without charges. We have the
Entertainers, we have the Venues and
we have a steady growth of inquiries from the public and
corporations (large and small) requesting Entertainment
for weddings, retirement parties, birthday parties, hen
nights, stag nights and corporate hospitality functions.
Because we make a little money from the banner ads placed
on the web site we decided to run everything else for free......
it's no hardship for us to put client and act together when
ever we can and so far it's been very successful. Because
of the way in which we work no promises are made at anytime
except for our promise to do our best
for both acts and potential clients.
